Since 2001, Zoco management group has gained substantial experience in casual leasing in shopping centers. While positioning itself as a key leader in the industry, the group has formed two distinctive divisions to support its clients, cultivate their growth, expand and develop their business, while utilizing unsurpassed developed in-house tools, which reflect the group extensive experience gained over the years.

The divisions focus on providing ongoing support, practical advice, maintenance and fundamental reinforcement for each of its client's specific needs.

Management Services Division
The company's management division provides its clients with consulting and management services such as: 
  • Sales reps training programs (group and personal training).
  • Administration and logistics (including inventory management).
  • Financial support related to the various aspects of retail sales, such as clearing systems, credit cards, business banking and more.
  • Financial management – budget planning and expense analysis.
  • Locations and leasing advice based upon factors such as shopping centre positioning, traffic, industry analysis and seasonal factors.

Retail Services Division
The Retail division is involved directly in the sales process through every location in both Australia and New Zealand, giving other companies and importers the opportunity to present and promote their product through MMI sites in various shopping centers.
